Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager, you are accountable for the ongoing management and deliverables for clients across our brand portfolio to the highest quality.

  1. Execute partnerships with wholesalers, retailers and distributors in order to grow the portfolio of our personal care products in the assigned territory in Vietnam;
  2. Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive market expansion. Annual sales revenue KPI (offline) per brand (3 brands) is USD200,000 per year;
  3. Manage sales reporting obligations in a timely manner to include frequent sales updates, pricing surveys, etc.;
  4. dentify new business opportunities through market analysis and competitor insights, contributing to product development and improvements;
  5. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and product roadmap;
  6. Promote positive relations with customers, vendors, and distributors;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
  • Proven ability to craft and implement innovative sales strategies, resulting in substantial revenue growth and surpassing targets;
  • At least 4 years’ experience in the personal care sales industry;
  • Fluency in Vietnamese, both written and verbal. English speaking capability on working level;

  1. Act as the main liaison between the agency and clients, fostering strong relationships based on trust and open communication.
  2. Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their marketing objectives, business needs, and challenges.
