The Brief
- NaturKidz is a premium mother and baby brand from New Zealand.
- Planning to launch in Vietnam by 2023, NaturKidz commissioned RedFern to carry out market research, competitor analysis, and focus group testing of their products, including packaging and designs.
The Focus Group
- RedFern Digital organized three sessions of 10-people focus group to gather impressions, feedbacks, and general receptions of the brand’s logo, packaging design, and product concept.
- RedFern Digital also gather the top KOLs in mother and baby categories to conduct 1:1 interviews on their general perception of the brands, concepts and designs, as well as valuable suggestions they may have for the brands.
Findings
- Over 15 hours of digital footages, recordings, and interviews were gathered with valuable insights and suggestions for the brands.
- Competitor analysis and market research were carried out across all E-Commerce platforms in Vietnam including Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Sendo, and TikTok Shop.
